5th edition. The Grand Prix Champ Car of Montréal treats racing fans to three days of action on and off the track. Come experience the energy, passion and speed of racing on the legendary Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve, located close to downtown Montréal, which rocks with late-night street parties during the event. You can also take advantage of the opportunity to admire race cars up close and meet some of the world’s fastest drivers. For a fifth consecutive year, Montréal will be host to the Champ Car World Series.

You can get there on the subway (get off at Jean Drapeau metro station) or take the 167 bus from Papineau metro station.

1-Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve

The world-famous Gilles Villeneuve racetrack is where Canada’s Formula 1 is held every summer in June. Soon, Cart Series races will be held there, too. When there isn’t a race on, the venue is turned into a magnificent 4-kilometre-long (2.5 miles) roller-blade track.

3-La Ronde
